1. The parking lot does not have security.

Are pricing is based upon mileage, and your proximity to our location. We are located in Lakewood Ranch, so if you live in Siesta Key and need to go to Tampa Airport, you would pay a slightly higher rate than someone who lives in Bradenton. |

You call our office after you go to baggage claim for your luggage. Then the driver will pick you up curbside, outside the baggage claim doors. |

All of our vehicles are within 2 years old and they are detailed daily to insure that everything is in proper working condition, including the A/C. |

Yes, each one of our drivers undergoes an extensive background check and license verification to ensure that they have safe driving records. |

We bill in half hour increments. We allow for a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, you are billed for a half an hour of your rate. |

A limousine is a luxury item. We maintain our fleet, check brakes, tires, oil, etc. We pay our drivers a good rate because this guarantees that you will be treated with the utmost respect and care. Some operators have one car and are not insured properly. Be very suspicious if you receive a qoute that is very low! |

We do not charge you a fee for late arrival. We track your flight online so we know exactly when you arrive. We do charge for additional stops along the way home, if needed. |

Yes, you can go to our driver's profile page and choose a driver that you feel most comfortable with. If they are available, we will assign them to your job. |
